On Friday our little party of six loved being in the kitchen, a chefs table environment, enjoying the sights, sounds and smells of you cooking up our delicious meal, you are right the guinea fowl was fabulous, the jus, veg and especially the rosti a perfect flavour, texture balance, you nailed it. Saturday was adventurous, a little different and sophisticated, equally delicious and perfect after our day of being out and about in the countryside.
